You can place an order by contacting us via email at info@krolik1936.com. We will send you our catalog with a full price list. Once you’ve selected the pieces you want, please send us an email with the name, quantity, and color of each item. We will then send you a proforma invoice for payment. Once we receive payment, we will begin preparing, glazing, and firing your order.
Since all our pieces are made and glazed to order, the preparation time varies. After we receive your order details, we will calculate the time needed to complete it. Typically, individual bas-reliefs take around 1,5 weeks to be ready for delivery. Larger tile compositions will be calculated separately based on current time slot availability. If you are planning a large order for a specific project, we recommend placing it in advance to ensure it’s ready by your installation date.
Yes, each order is glazed individually according to the chosen color. This means that every product is made with a specific customer in mind. Combined with nearly 100 years of artisan know-how, this process requires patience and time. We guarantee that the final result will be unique, and each product will be one of a kind, there are no two identical tiles.
For individual bas-relief orders, installation is carried out using the standard method of hanging objects on the wall. Each piece has a ceramic hanging system on the back, to which mounting elements (screws and wall plugs) and an installation guide are attached. The weight of the objects and the material of the wall should be taken into account. Bas-reliefs can be freely arranged on the wall but should not be glued to the surface.
We highly recommend working with professionals who can assess the particular wall and the intended use of the tiles, especially if you’re constructing a tiled stove. The client or the professional handling the installation must confirm that they have the necessary industry qualifications to assess and install the ordered products and are trained in occupational health and safety. If they lack the proper qualifications, supervision by a qualified stove master or an experienced ceramic tile installer is required. We also recommend using appropriate materials for tile installation according to their intended purpose. Claims resulting from failure to follow construction regulations will not be accepted.
If your order involves a wall composition of tiles or a fireplace, we recommend consulting with the person responsible for the project and installation (architect, contractor, or installer). We suggest working with professionals who will prepare the design with the utmost care. Please note that for customized needs, all tiles can be cut to the desired size, decorated with liquid gold, or have additional glazing on the visible edges. These features must be considered during the project planning and order process.
We recommend cleaning the tiles with special care. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth with mild cleaning agents designed for glazed surfaces. For tiles decorated with gold or platinum, avoid using corrosive, abrasive, or surface-active cleaning agents
